what does MAP tool windows server inventory "Number of servers that were discovered but not assessed" means

Hello All,

I have installed MAP tool and performed scanning for windows server inventory, then i have exported the data to excel. IN the spreadsheet two rows as "Number of servers that were discovered but not assessed" and "Insufficient Data or Not Inventoried". What does this represents?
