Missing and Incorrect data returned from MAP Toolkit 9.3

I ran a discovery on our network for our SQL Server systems using MAP Toolkit 9.3. We recently set up a new SQL Server 2014 Always On Cluster. Only one of the nodes is returned in the spreadsheet. Also, We are running SQL Server 2014 (12.0.4427) on our instances and it is returning (12.0.2000) for the instances on the one node in the 2014 cluster. I was hoping to present this Tool as a SQL Server reporting solution to my Director... but if the information is not present and/or incorrect.... I will not do so. Has anyone else had this occur?
